Having lived in Carseldine, I can say it’s a pleasant and convenient suburb, but flooding and drainage are real concerns in some areas during heavy rain. Traffic, ongoing development, and limited local dining options can also be frustrating. Worth checking the flood history carefully before buying or renting.
