North Rocks

"Peaceful, safe, leafy and liveable suburb"

I moved to North Rocks 3 years ago, and it's a move I have never regretted. North Rocks is a family friendly suburb with lots of good schools. The local shopping centre is handy and has all of the basics (Coles, Aldi, KMart), and what you can't get here you only need to drive no more than 10 minutes to Carlingford, Baulkham HIlls or Parramatta. The suburb does not suffer the over-development of neighbouring suburbs, and hope it stays that way for some time to come. The M2 express buses mean a quick 25 minute ride to the city, although during peak times it can stretch out to 45 minutes. The area is surrounded by bushland and there are a lot of fascinating bushwalking trails to discover. The only noise you here are the sounds of nature, like kookaburras laughing in the old gum trees. North Rocks is highly recommended if you like the peaceful lifestyle.
