"Special little Suburb"
My partner and I bought our house in 2022 near the retirement village and lake Goollelal after living in beautiful Queensland for 10 years.Or 3 kids 2 older and one younger love it here.With Goodlife gym across the rd Waldecks Wanneroo Rd,Hepburn Ave Hillary’s Boat harbour,Kingsway,Whitfords and Joondalup Shopping Centre and very close to Greenwood and Woodvale.Excellent position and we love our House.
