St Marys
15th April 2025

"It’s exciting to witness all the positive changes happening to our area"

Living in St Marys has been such a positive experience, especially over the last few years. I’ve seen this suburb transform from a quiet, laid-back area into one of Western Sydney’s most exciting and strategic hubs. It’s honestly amazing to witness all the changes happening around here.

What really stands out is how St Marys is becoming a major transport hotspot. The new metro line connecting us to the Western Sydney International Airport and the future Bradfield City is a massive step forward. It puts us right at the center of everything. It’s clear St Marys is no longer just a stop on the map – it’s becoming a key part of Sydney’s future.

Location-wise, I believe St Marys sits in a unique spot that gives easy access to all Parramatta, Penrith, the new Bradfield city, the new Western Sydney International airport, and also Schofields/Tallawong when the future North South metro link is constructed. Whether it’s for work, travel, or leisure, everything’s within reach.

On top of that, there’s the St Marys Town Centre Master Plan, backed by Penrith Council, which is set to breathe even more life into the area. The new St Marys Central Park is especially exciting – finally, a beautiful open and green space for the community to enjoy, right in the heart of town. It’s going to completely change the feel of the suburb.

And of course, Queen Street is thriving. The diner scene there is genuinely great – lots of good food, friendly spots, and a lively atmosphere that makes it a great place to spend time.

All in all, St Marys is no longer the quiet suburb it used to be – it’s growing fast, full of potential, and I’m proud to call it home.
