Heatherton Road

"A busy main road"

A year ago, I was about to move to a house on Heatherthon road, Noble Park. The place is nice and great but the only thing that I don't like is because the house is right infront of a busy main road (Heatherthon rd). In the morning, it is difficult to get out my car to the street and my visitors have to find a car park on the other road which is quite far. On the other side, it is near to the train station and bus stop.

Margaret Street

"A quite and established neighborhood but quite far from public transport"

I live on this street for about a year. The neighborhood is friendly and the street is quiet. However, it is quite far to walk to the public transport. Nearby restaurant or food is also about 20 minutes walk. So I think this place is great for family but not so great for a students who rely on public transportation.

Beddoe Avenue

"Great for students - very near to Monash university"

This street is located just beside Monash University (10 minutes walking to campus centre). The off the street car park is unfortunately only 1/2 P during weekdays which make it hard for the resident(students) to park their cars.

Koonawarra Street

"Quiet and friendly street for students"

Majority of people living on this street are students. The street is quiet and friendly and there is not much traffic. Food is just around the corner and there are quiet a variety of asian food to choose from. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Monash uni. Public transportation is a bit far. You have to walk about 10 minutes to go to the bus station. The nearest station is Clayton which is about 2 km.

The area is very good for students as it is very near to Monash but as a result rental price is quite high in this area as well.

Springvale

"Close to everything - restaurants, take away foods, markets, station but the area becomes quite busy has a lot of traffic"

What I like about springvale is that the place has alot of different kind of food. I usually buy all of my groceries in Springvale since it is cheaper than other big supermakerts.

Noble Park

"Affordable suburb - good place to rent and buy"

Noble park is an affordable suburb compared to Springvale, and keysbourough yet the suburb is very near to those two suburbs.

It is very easy to get food (3-5 minutes drive to Springvale), very near to the train station. you can choose whether you want to take the trains in Noble park, Sandown or even Springvale station.

Whiteman St

"great for student and proffessional"

The place is very near to crown and has an off the street car park for visitors to park the car although it is hard to get sometimes.

Public transportation is very easy as the tram stop is just across the street.

Browns Ct

"a quiet and friendly street in an established neighborhood"

The street is conveniently located near Monash university (about 10 minutes walking distance), near macdonal (5 minutes walking), and train station (15 minutes walking). It is quite a busy street as a lot of the residents are students and therefore many people park their car outside the street.

"a very quiet place but far from public transport and place to eat"

This place is very quiet and peaceful. However, there is only one bus station near the place which takes about 5-8 minutes to walk. It is far from the train station (45 minutes walking distance to Clayton or Huntingdale station). It takes about 20 minutes walking to Monash university

The street is quite busy compared with the surrounding street. The good thing about Madeleine road is that it is close to public transport and hospital. Monash university is not quite far from this place as well (about 20 minutes walking).

since it is a dead end street, the street is very quiet and peaceful yet it is very close to the main road (Heatherthon road), and it takes about 12-15 minutes walking to the station.
