Jopling Street

"Perfect street for families and those looking for easy commute to city and surrounding areas"

My family and I love living in Jopling Street. The neighbours are excellent, and a lot of new homes are coming up all the time. The street is an easy walk to local shops, parks (including dog park), cafes and many new restaurants (opening near the railway station), and offcourse North Ryde railway station. Bus stops are also very close and they are perfect for commuting to the city, Macquarie Centre, Top Ryde etc. This is a family friendly street, which uniquely works well for younger and older families. I am sure it will be a good investment into the future.

North Ryde

"Lovely neighbourhood with all the conveniences of inner city living"

Originally rented in the suburb, then purchased and recently lodged plans to knock down and are rebuild in Jopling Street. What an amazing suburb to raise a family. We have both young kids in school (walking distance) and older children in university (easy 10min bus ride to Macquarie Uni). My husband works in the city (catches the 297 bus which gets him home from near Wynyard station in 16 minutes in the evening) and I work part time in North Ryde business park (which is an easy 10 min walk or 1 min drive!). Community spirit is also amazing with us forming good friendships with our neighbours. With the increased development of late we are also getting a lot more interesting and trendy restaurants which is lovely to see and experience. I imagine the suburb to be a great investment for the future as well.
