Berala is part of the Inner Westerns Suburbs of Sydney. Ranked 70th best suburb in Greater Sydney. Bordering with Lidcombe next door & carrying the same post code being 2141.The whole area is fitted out with the NBN internet

I have lived here nearly my whole life. Naturally things have changed with new developments & the like. Generally speaking the people from within are quite nice & keep to themselves, very family orientated . On the Avenue's side of Berala (First Ave to Seventh Ave), it takes on a very European vibe with many people taking pride in there properties keeping the place clean & tidy. If your into sport we have an awesome golf course(Carnarvon Golf Club) & are located an approx. 16-17km from the CBD.

Not many people actually know of Berala when spoken about! Property prices are on the rise & there are a few new houses always being built here. Generally speaking people tend to settle here for the long haul & don't move out (this is fact) as its a hidden gem. When we venture out of the area, we boast that we are pretty much smack bang in the middle of everywhere(a very central location) & so easy to get to & for larger Westfield shopping center's such as Paramatta, Burwood, Miranda etc where it takes an approx 20-30min to reach your destination only. On your way home from work of a weekday its pretty easy to step out of the traffic & be home in a jiffy due to the area's location. Most of Berala's community are made up of White collar & Blue collar workers,- with the majority being tradies.

It is now on the verge of cracking the medium house price within Sydney of $1mil. With regards to demographics I dare say the majority of the people from ethnic backgrounds that live from within are made up of largely Croatian & Asian backgrounds.

Schools: There is a mix of both Christian, Catholic & Public schooling within the area
Exercising: Of a morning & afternoon we have plenty of people out & about walking there dogs & walking in general to keep up to scratch, so all in all a very safe area to bring up your family within....
