Been in Colyton for 9 years now, bought my first house there, and have loved it since. I would recommend living there for new home buyers, aged and also small starting out families...Schools and shops are close by with great public transport options close by.

I have lived in andrew thompson place for 9 years now, great place, tucked away nicely, away from the main causeways, and a friendly bunch of people and a great mix of cultures. Neighbours get along nicely and help each other out. I would recommend living there to anyone. Old, young, first investment, etc...
