Great for
- Beautiful surrounds, nearby parks, fishing, golf, tennis,food shopping, bars,Golf Club, close to M1
Not great for
- Some people like to play the snob game (not in my complex), the Hope Island Golfers tend to have an undeserved superiority complex, high Body Corporate fees if you are a self-funded retiree.
