Niddrie is now well over priced and too busy. The day has past when you can walk you family down the street to grab a quiet coffee and cake. Niddrie is turning into a renters haven...apartments, units and townhouses keep poping up everywhere and the quiet Niddire is turning into a rat race. Yes a great place to invest but now im not sure to live. The crime rate has doubled in the past five years and yet still increasing. Council - Please stop issueing permits to overnight developers!

Cairnlea has a choice three access's into the CBD. Ballerat rd, Westgate or the Tullamarine Fwy and guess what its only a 20min drive. Just off the Western Ring ensures you are close to everywhere. Cairnlea's property is currently booming. They saying is.... invest in the West and thats what people are doing.
