"Best suburb Sunshine Coast"
Green and leafy, great schools. Close to beach 5 - 10mins. New arterial road to provide shorter travel time to Brisbane. Only 10-15 mins to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Heaps more infrastructure in the pipeline - New Train / transport hub + New University + People's place + New Shopping Centre.

"Back to nature though close to everything"
Only 30 mins drive to Brisbane CDB or 10-20 mins drive to Gold Coast theme parks and beaches. Great schools both public and private, shopping centre/s, train station/s all within 5-10 mins drive.

Green & leafy however very poor internet & hill areas attract hoons.
