"BEST PLACE TO LIVE EVER"

I have lived in this serene location my whole life and what a time I have had. Being only minutes from everything I could possibly need. Living amongst all the wildlife, animals, and nature has truely shaped me into an amazing person. With amazing views across the whole Gold Coast. I have had the most amazing experiences here and I hope that with this review everyone can experience this amazing suburb for themselves

"The Gold Coast's Best Hinterland Suburb"

It doesn't get much better than Bonogin Valley. Sensational location, nestled in a beautiful pocket of a sub tropical rain forest environment, Bonogin has it all. There's no other Hinterland location that is so close to everything that makes for a great lifestyle, Robina Hospital is just 10 minted away, Robina Town Centre, one of Queensland's largest and best shopping centres, train station and the M1 all just 10 minutes down a beautiful country road. The best beaches on the coast, just 20 minutes drive and to top it off the suburb is surrounded by National Park. Never thought I'd ever say it but "we're not ever moving from here. Love it"!

"Acreage living with a "great sense of community""

In Bonogin you'll often find bigger blocks and acreage properties in a beautiful country-style, green environment. Residents say that another factor that makes Bonogin different is that it offers a quieter environment with only local traffic and really friendly and community-orientated neighbours. The local state forest also offers impressive bushwalks complete with wallabies and koalas.

"Love It!!!"

When we relocated to QLD (best decision ever) we chose Bonogin over the surrounding suburbs for the following reasons - Much bigger blocks than surrounding suburbs, much more green and leafy, mainly local traffic, privacy and a greater sense of community.
Kids love bushwalks in the local state forest and looking for Koalas and Kangaroos, and yet, were are 10 minutes to Robina Town Centre, and another easy 10 to the beach, close enough that you can go down in the morning for an early swim / surf and yet live far enough away to have some quiet and a big yard and a nice view. The schools are fantastic and neighbours look out for each other...
So glad we escaped Sydney!

Saw noone has answered. My nieces and nephews go to the best private school in that area. It is called Sommerset College. Just west of Robina. Not sure about Public schools.

"Gorgeous Gold Coast Hinterland !"

Sweeping mountain views surrounded by lovely homes and abundant wildlife located just a short drive to all amenties. Such a leafy & peaceful location only 5-10 mins drive to Robina Shopping Centre precinct, The Kitchens, Easy T Centre, Varsity & Robina train station, M1 ...AND Just 15 - 20 mins to beautiful Burleigh Heads (rated 5th best beach in Australia 2018) Located amongst some of Gold Coasts best Schools. This place offers the perfect lifestyle.

"More people live in Bonogin than what you might think"

Beautiful scenery. Lovely blocks. A narrow , busy road leading in and out. More than enough snobby impatient tailgating drivers Up your rear bumper when you drive in and out and around town. There are also some great people living here who dont drive like idiots, and have respect for others on the road .

Great for

  • Green scenery
  • Bushland
  • Creeks

Not great for

  • Busy narrow roads
  • Some impatient local drivers

"Quiet, beautiful Bonogin. Ten minutes from city life though feels a hundred miles."

Quiet, beautiful Bonogin. A real country feel with all acreage properties and quality homes. It has the best of all worlds being 10 minutes from the ever popular Robina Town Centre and Skilled Park and not much further to the beach. Your choice of public or private schools (Somerset College is just around the corner and there's a Montessori daycare) and a cute little country style corner store. Bonogin is especially popular with horse lovers as Bonogin road only receives local traffic. As Robina fast becomes the Gold Coast's CBD property prices are sure to steadily rise. My only gripe with Bonogin is that if I'm going to or from the airport (25 minute drive) I really have to get a taxi from Mudgeeraba as there is no public transport other than the school bus.

"Great balance between acreage and town living"

Bonogin is a terrific place to live. The suburb is close to the buzz of Robina and all that the town centre has to offer plus Mudgeeraba and it's shops are also handy. You are also only 10 mins to the beach and a little extra time in the car takes you to Broadbeach/Surfers/Southport if you need a glitter strip fix. There are plenty of good schools close by and other facilities like Doctors and vets. You get the best of acreage living close to everything - what more could families and couples/retiree's want for??
