Merrimac

"Affordable and family orientated"

Residents say they love the area as it is so close to the M1 Motorway, providing easy access to all that our beautiful Gold Coast has to offer!
It is an affordable and family orientated area with a range of fantastic school and there are lots of parks for the kids to play and dogs to run around in.
It is walking distance to public transport, Worongary Shopping Village and a range of restaurants, child care and medical centre/chemist.
Young couples, families, retirees, as well as investors (with good rental returns) are attracted to Merrimac. For downsizers, there are smaller blocks but the suburb also offers houses on bigger blocks with great views.

Reedy Creek

"Just central to everywhere!"

Reedy Creek is a popular area just a few minutes’ drive to Mudgeeraba and Robina and with easy access to the M1 Motorway. It has good public transport with a bus service and Varsity Railway station. It is also close to Varsity Lakes and Burleigh Heads on the east side of the M1 Motorway and about a 10-minute drive to Burleigh beach.
Residents say they love its safe, friendly neighbourhood and convenience – with its own major supermarket chain shopping centre.
Next door is fantastic family-friendly Kingsmore Park which offers large open space with walking trails, BBQ facilities, picnic tables and three playgrounds.
A big drawcard for families is a number of high-quality private colleges located in Reedy Creek (Kings, Gold Coast Christian & Hillcrest) together with primary and secondary schools & Bond University just a 5-minute drive away in Mudgeeraba and Robina.

Worongary

"Tucked away but so close to everything."

Worongary is a friendly, primarily residential neighbourhood (with some lovely acreage homes) on the western side of the M1 Motorway (adjoining the northern boundary of Mudgeeraba). It offers great local schools and the bonus of being so close to all major facilities with easy access to the M1 Motorway north & southbound, yet still just far enough away to offer a peaceful living environment.

The Worongary Town Centre provides for a local central hub with a service station, major supermarket chain and a range of cafes, restaurants and speciality stores. The suburb is also handy to Mudgeeraba and Robina and a short drive to Broadbeach.

"Acreage living with a "great sense of community""

In Bonogin you'll often find bigger blocks and acreage properties in a beautiful country-style, green environment. Residents say that another factor that makes Bonogin different is that it offers a quieter environment with only local traffic and really friendly and community-orientated neighbours. The local state forest also offers impressive bushwalks complete with wallabies and koalas.

Tallai

"A prestige suburb with some amazing views"

Tallai is a highly desired prestige suburb in the Gold Coast hinterland on the western side of the M1 Motorway offering peace and quiet away from busy city life, but with the convenience of still being so close to everything. Go for a drive in Tallai and you'll find beautiful homes on well-maintained acreages surrounded by undulating hills and lush gardens. Tallai also enjoys the most spectacular views to the coast or overlooking Hinze Dam (from vantage points such as The Panorama, which is often called the quintessential place to live in Tallai).

Springbrook

"Pristine rainforest and an amazing mountain community"

Springbrook is amazing and even today is unspoilt by excessive commercialization with that “miles from anywhere feeling”.
It offers a warm tight-knit mountain community of environmentally conscious, friendly faces and helping hands. With amazing walking tracks, you'll love it for a day visit but when you contemplate living here, you can find beautiful mountain homes that co-exist with nature in a peaceful and quiet environment, some with breathtaking views.

Mudgeeraba

"A great place to live for the whole family"

Surrounded by acreage properties and beautiful green spaces, Mudgeeraba and the suburbs nearby on the western side of the M1 Motorway has an amazing range of schools, tonnes of sporting options and everything residents need to live a comfortable lifestyle.
With an amazing sense of community, in 2009 Mudgeeraba won the "Friendliest Town Award" and the links to its past are still evident in the heritage themes seen in local architecture and signage throughout the village. Residents are community-minded and have a healthy and active lifestyle in an amazing green environment in the sought-after Gold Coast hinterland. Here you can still be less than 5 minutes’ drive to handy local retail and services in Mudgeeraba Village as well as major shopping and conveniences such as Robina Town Centre, Robina railway station, Robina public and private hospitals and a growing medical precinct.
