Having lived in Potty for 3 years I can safely say its heaven on earth. Surrounded by beautiful nature (particuarly in Koala beach) never more than a 3 minute drive from the beach and a community that rivals any in Australia. If you are looking for a place where its safe to bring up children and they have lots to see and do all closeby then Pottsville is definately a great option. Many homes bought for around $500k back in 2014 have since reached $700k as the town continues to grow and new ammenities are put in place (high school) it will probably grow further.
