Deception Bay
"Affordable Living = Deception Bay"
Deception Bay is one of the last places in Brisbane that you can afford to live so close to the water.
The prices of property at the moment is unbelievable, I dont know why you wouldn't atleast consider looking in the area. Yes, there are some average areas but you just have to do your research.
Great for
- Has rural and residenntial areas
- Close to water
- Close to redcliffe and north lakes
Not great for
- Average shopping in the bay
- Teenagers have nothing to do
- Vandalism in some areas
