Denver Street

"Best street in White Rocks"

This street is 90% owner occupied and is an amazing street to live in due to the great neighbours. Quiet, clean, very friendly and kind people around. Bus stops are 4 minutes walk, park and local forest and creek are just a minute away, we can walk to the Mount Sheridan Plaza in 15 minutes and both schools are 10 minutes walk: White Rock state school and Trinity Anglican school.

"White Rock ROCKS!!"

It is completely untrue that there is a lot of crime in White Rock, there is actually less crime in White Rock than in Smithfield!! And no one is complaining about Smithfield! "Perfect location and neighbours"

Maskiell Court is in the best location as it is only a 10 minutes walk to the train station and 6 minutes walk to the shopping centre. The area is quiet, clean and lovely with many trees and nature strips. The neighbours are friendly and kind. Ideal location for families and people with pets.

Elizabeth South

"Gentrification Central"

Elizabeth South, being the closest of all Elizabeth suburbs to the city, conveniently being next door to many jobs in the medical, military and the industrial areas, is rapidly gentrifying, the most of all northern suburbs. Houses are now being sold at auctions, which was unimaginable only a few years ago. Both the purchase and rental demand is through the roof as everyone is aware that this is becoming a middle class suburb very fast. Cream on top - Gawler line electrification in June 22.

"Champagne on a beer budget"

I love how this suburb is close to so many national parks, nature and the hills, but at the same time has great transport options and shopping. Not too far off from the city, but not too close. Sweet spot for nature lovers, families and people with pets who love long walks.
