hamilton is known as the one of the more affluent suburbs of brisbane being close to the water ,city and good schooling. Homes here hold there value and are usually landscaped nicely.

Carey Park

"Ugly duckling area about to turn swan"

Shes getting ready to go, all amenities nearby, heaps of new units being built, fast transition here over the last few years and still changing.

With the perdaman urea plant starting in sept 1700 jobs, plans for a massive abboitoir 20mins drive away with a mass of new jobs, and many more projects on the cards, little carey park will feel the pressure. Rents have risen quickly here and there is still plenty of pressure on them as they are cheap. Grab a large triplex block more than 910m2 if you can find one they are few and far between and just sit on it and wait for the projects to boom in the meduim turn in an area that is underpriced and located close to the cbd. Good buying here considering at the boom land was selling for 140k for a strata site now pluck them off for 70k. Its hit the bottom, snooze ya loose.
