"The ritz"
hamilton is known as the one of the more affluent suburbs of brisbane being close to the water ,city and good schooling. Homes here hold there value and are usually landscaped nicely.

Hamilton is so close to everything - the airport, the City, shops, cafe's, cruise ship terminal, movie theatres, parks etc. I lived in Hamilton for around 4 years, and loved the leafy green neighbourhood, which was fantastic for walking my dog. I miss being able to stroll to Racecourse road to meet friends for coffee or head to Portside for dinner at some of the excellent restaurants there......would move back in a heart beat if I could!

"Vibrant exclusive suburb of Brisbane"
Hamilton is close to all amenities and in particular the race track. Property is priced accordingly and sometimes you can buy a good estate or manor looking home for good prices. Well priced homes come up although good historic and mansion like properties are tightly held.
