Realy good feel about the place, friendly neighbours in a great school zone(Comet Bay) good for walking or cycling. Close to a very picturesque park. Easy walk to the shopping centre without being too close to the main road traffic. Modern young suburb set within a surrounding golf course, close excelent swimming and surfing beaches - yes it even has a doggie beach...and a brand new major recreation facility.

National park and Recreation Centre only 5 minutes walk. Very quiet elevated cul de sac with city and Swan Valley views. Shopping centre, schools, and public buses.
I have lived in several different parts of Swan View and this little corner is pretty good! No barking dogs at night...so far... a few less cats would probably help increase the population of native birds in the backyard. Neighbours are quite friendly, local kids are generally well behaved. If tere is any loud music in the evenings it is usually something I enjoy listening to. The air is clean and fresh and the traffic is far away, what more do I need to say?
