"Leafy green with sights to be seen"
National park and Recreation Centre only 5 minutes walk. Very quiet elevated cul de sac with city and Swan Valley views. Shopping centre, schools, and public buses.
I have lived in several different parts of Swan View and this little corner is pretty good! No barking dogs at night...so far... a few less cats would probably help increase the population of native birds in the backyard. Neighbours are quite friendly, local kids are generally well behaved. If tere is any loud music in the evenings it is usually something I enjoy listening to. The air is clean and fresh and the traffic is far away, what more do I need to say?
