The land size are approaching 250m^2. This is very small and requires two storybuildings. It is still much better than living in a flat (High density building) and it is affordable for young couples who want to get into the market at a very good location close to shops and schools.

The other problem is mobile phone coverage and internet supply. I do not know if the developers (Stockland) are responsible but they have made very little attempt to provide good services and coverage. I can not use my Telstra connected iPhone and ther is not ADSL 2 available unless you want to use Telstra. This is not acceptable for a new develpment. You find this out only after yopu have moved in
