"One of most prestigious streets in Balwyn"
Ideal position on the inner East highest elevation with views to die for towards the CBD and to Kinglake ranges.
Lots of the usual mansions, the best public and private schools and close to public transport. Two (that's right two) public swim pools in walking distance, Beckett's park, restaurants etc.
Balwyn's most expensive home is on this street, the sale was completely private and confidential - only knew about it as my bro-in-law is in real estate.
Great for
- Very safe for families with young kids
Not great for
- Virtually no late-night pubs or nightclubs in Balwyn
