Winmalee Road is one of one of Balwyn’s highly regarded streets. It is surrounded with many Government and Private Schools. Most popularly are Fintona Girls School- Balwyn, Balwyn Primary School, Greythorn Primary School- North Balwyn, and is within the catchment area of the very reputable and sought-after Balwyn High School- North Balwyn. It is centrally located to all sporting facilities, shopping centres such as Greythorn Central Shopping Strip and has easy access to all public transport as well as Eastlink.

Ideal position on the inner East highest elevation with views to die for towards the CBD and to Kinglake ranges.
Lots of the usual mansions, the best public and private schools and close to public transport. Two (that's right two) public swim pools in walking distance, Beckett's park, restaurants etc.
Balwyn's most expensive home is on this street, the sale was completely private and confidential - only knew about it as my bro-in-law is in real estate.
