"Lifestyle at Its Best"
Living in the Greater Hobart region has been an amazing experience for our family. What we love most is the balance between city convenience and natural beauty. You can enjoy quality schools, shops, and services, while being only minutes away from beaches, rivers, and mountains. It’s a lifestyle that gives families space to breathe.
The community feel is strong here, people are welcoming, and there’s a sense of safety that’s hard to find in larger cities. Weekends are spent exploring farmers markets, taking the kids for bushwalks, or catching up at local cafés. The slower pace, combined with affordability compared to other capitals, makes it an ideal place to raise children or settle down long term.
For families and investors alike, Greater Hobart really is a region that delivers the best of both worlds—opportunity, lifestyle, and community.

"Lovely but congested due to Hobart"
I like the views, but unfortunately due to Hobart being a terrible location for a captial city, hard to justify the prices when the Eastern Shore has better veiws and wayyyy less congestion

"Lovely location"
A bit far from what I need, but the view is worth it, with the Eastern Shore becoming extremely desirable, Primrose will continue to grow do to spill over

"Life in Clarendon Vale"
When we first moved to Clarendon Vale, we were drawn in by how affordable the homes were compared to most other places around Hobart. As a family, that meant we could actually buy a house, not just dream about it, and still have room in our budget for the kids’ needs and everyday living.
Over time, we’ve really noticed how the area has grown into a friendlier, more family-focused suburb. There are more families moving in, more houses being renovated, and the whole street feels more welcoming. Our kids have friends nearby, and they can safely play outside together, which is something we value deeply.
