"Very nice suburb"
Greenvale is a nice suburb to live in, it is only 20 minutes from the city and has very good comunity. 5 minutes from Tullamarine airport and has very good schools and child care options. House prices out here are currently defying the trend as people look at better value for money, large houses on large blocks.

Ha ha, easily get to the city not in peak in 20 minutes, 10 minutes to DFO, 13 minutes to Flemington rd exit, 17 minutes to Docklands and quite often in peak hour I drove to Ingle st Port Melbourne in 20 minutes for a 9.00am start. I imagine it takes 20 minutes to get from Broadmeadows down pascoe vale road, around to DFO? By this time I would be in Port Melbourne.
totally agree...Greenvale is a hidden treasure. Fantastic place to live. On the pricey side, but will only get more expensive. as you simply pay for quality and being so close and only 20 mins from Melbourne city
Ha ha what a joke 20 minutes to the city . Dont misguide people , it takes more than 30 minutes from broadmeadows itself. Greenvale is purely out of the way and far to everything and there is no proper public transport there , cant rely on the buses bcoz they always run late
