Pottsville has a great Neighbourhood centre to help all the Community, a fantastic market every 2 weeks, a big medical centre and pharmacy as well as cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, fruit shop, butcher and bakery. The area is fantastic for kids, with loads of open spaces, sports grounds, tennis courts, bike paths. McKenzie Avenue in the Pottsville Waters area is very family friendly street in the quiet part of Pottsville, close to the reserve, beach and estuary. Houses are low set brick with well maintained gardens. The neighbours are sociable and helpful. We love living in Pottsville and would recommend it to anyone wanting to live in a small community.
