I'll be moving state, and having moved state and houses many times before I can honestly say this was my favourite street to live on! Its quite, safe, the houses are great, the people keep to themselves but are still friendly and welcoming. Its so easy to get transport anywhere, so close to the city and so close to the showgrounds! ... the only con would be the crowds that gather during the show and expos that happen at the showgrounds.. and if you count it, the noise that the shows bring. But hey, sometimes when bands are playing and you live close enough to hear, you get a free show from the comforts of your home!
