Absolute rubbish and an inacurate comparison lacking facts. WA police crime stats for the finacial year 2022/23 for Dianella was 1356 reported incidents. For the same period, Kelmscott had 1796reported incidents (as of 27/10/23). Dianella is a massive suburb in comparison, a population of around 25,000 people. By comparison, Kelmscott has a population of around 10,000 as per ABS data. Your comparison is like saying Sydney has more crime than Perth, which of course it does given the population is 2.5 times greater. It needs to be put into perspective, the crime free utopia does not exist. It's annoying that certain facts have been omitted from your negative review. Thats the problem with the internet, no facts, just random opinions!
Anyone can write anything on Quora, it does not mean a thing. On the WA Police website, stats are as follows for the total number of crimes in the calendar year 2022: Kelmscott 700, Perth 4168, Fremantle 1408, Midland 1330, Mandurah 1649, Armadale 1538, Cannington 1346, Northbridge 1343 etc. etc. Kelmscott has had roughly 50% less crime this year than the previous year. It is a rapidly gentrifying suburb.
