Mountain Creek (not Brightwater) is a very quiet suburban area with easy access to the beach (5 minute bike ride), walks along the creek in tropical rainforest, with friendly neighbours. The house blocks are generally quite large: 800m2 + As prices rise, unfortunately younger families are priced out of the market, but that does add to the quiet slow pace here!
