Cabramatta

"Irresistible, unforgettable"

It is Asia in Australia.
If you want to stay connected with your heritage and culture, this is the place to be! Or would just want to experience something vibrant and refreshing.

So many great things to mention. I work here and know my way in and out. Know the best place for just about anything- from foods, cheap shopping, massage, fruit and veggies shops, coffee, teas, alternative medicines, fish market, best butcher, etcetera. So many great, cheap restaurants. A $10 bill will get you a long way to your stomache and more..

It is very safe, convenient and accessible. Train station has been upgraded and lots of parking space! Centrelink office, major banks, Police visibility and officers patroling the area to maintain the peace and quiet, far from it's reputation in the past. People are amiable and friendly.

I think it's time for everyone to rediscover this suburb and appreciate.

There are people from all walks of life- from the rich and wealthy and those from the low economic status but they are friendly, respectable, humble and hardworking and ambitions and most students are high achievers. Chinese business people are down to earth so you won't even know they are super rich because they live simply.

It is just an amazing Suburb, unique in it's own beauty.

Bonnyrigg

"Promising suburb!"

With the New Leaf housing development nearing its peak and the upcoming Plaza apartments in Bonnyrigg ave., it's gearing up to a boom. The old housing commission will now be privatised and new houses are sprawling. Very convenient. Lots of shopping. Very accessible with lots of buses and is in between 2 train stations (Cabramatta and Liverpool). Tway also comes in handy for direct trips to Merrylands and Parramatta. Taxis are everywhere. Parkings are upgraded in Cabramatta if you want to leave your cars and head to the city for work.

There are lots of schools, shops, churches, parks. It is clean and green. Very diverse, many Asians. Best streets are Brown Road and Montgomery Road.

Bad rep could probably be due to proximity to Cabramatta but cabra has all been cleaned up now, reimaged and repackaged and this suburb is not really too close or far from Cabramatta or Liverpool which are the major hubs next to Parramatta. Also close to best parts of Fairfield like Edensor Park, Abbotsbury, Wetherill Park and Bossley Park.

So many things can happen in the future but one thing looks positive, this suburb (and the lifestyle) is going uphill!!!

addendum: It is also close to the #1 Club in NSW Mounties and the M1 gym which has superb workout/exercise facilities like state the art gym, swimming pool, etc and spacious parking space.
