Langwarrin

"UNDERRATED"

We purchased our first home in Langwarrin almost 4 years ago and have not looked back. As a couple in our late twenties seriously looking at starting a family this area is the perfect place, with numerous child care facilities, a wide range of schools, public transport at your door step, plenty of general stores and supermarkets, gorgeous parklands and easy access to main roads heading towards the Mornington Peninsula and to Melbourne CBD, Langwarrin is definitely underrated in terms of lifestyle.

Before moving to Langwarrin we had heard reports of too many young kids and disturbances within the suburb but In the four years of living in the area we have had nothing but friendly neighbors, lots of doggy friends for our dog to play with in the parks and an all round happy suburb.

Granite Drive

"“Quiet and very house proud”"

I have only lived in the woodlands estate for a couple of years now and i wasn't the biggest fan to live in Langwarrin but what i have noticed is that its very quiet with minimal traffic. Couples are always out walking and running around the parklands.Something that is great is when you go for a walk is seeing people that aren't scared to get their hands dirty and look after there gardens.

Great place to live for young couples and families
