Boronia
30th September 2025

"So Very Underrated. Don't wait, secure a place in Boronia whilst you can."

PLEASE READ MY WHOLE REVIEW :) (SEP 2025)

I'm NOT a REA, I'm just a long term "veteran" Melbournian who has lived and seen many areas of the south east/east/north east suburbs. Boronia has changed immensely for the 'better' or more appealing in past 10 years and will CONTINUE  to do so, as they are redeveloping the central area starting with the STATION UPGRADES.

It's still SORT OF  'affordable' right now, but it won't be for long. Families, couples and singles who are serious for homes come and buy old houses to knock down/renovate, developers building new houses and townhouses, the look will only modernise and there's no stopping it, as population in Melbourne WILL increase.

Boronia is very unfairly judged based on inaccurate, biased word-of-mouth information, and very judgementally mindset people. EVERY SUBURB has their own issues, crime, and less desirables. GLEN WAVERLEY AND MOUNT WAVERLEY has their own issues for example, and there is CERTAINLY CRIME here in Monash because I HAPPEN TO LIVE HERE & tired of seeing patrolling police cars, sirens, and break ins left right and centre. Looking forward to moving further out towards Dandenongs, Boronia being a place that I've really scoped out, and has lots of great growth and potential.

This is seriously the RIGHT TIME in 2025 to get in, buy and secure your family home if you are contemplating about Boronia... Just don't keep hesitating and waiting and fearing - There's nothing to fear. Don't be that judgemental person yourself.

Well, If I haven't convinced you that's ok :) I'm going for it, and I WON'T be missing out.
