"One of the top 3 Streets in Glen Iris"
Treelines, great neighbours, single dwelling housing requirements mean period style houses and modern houses, great neighbours that are mostly long term (dont want to leave), access to Freeway in 3 minutes, access to Ferndale park, walking trails......just an outstanding street that gets only local traffic as is not a cut through.
Great for
- Quiet street
- Long term residents who dont want to move
- Value growth as is highly sought after and hard to get in
Not great for
- Not many houses come up for sale
