"Peregian springs paradise"
Peregian springs is one of the best master planned communities ive seen. Quality homes, minutes to beach. Clean n green living. Fantastic capital growth! The developer has left green spaces to compliment the natural environment.
Very community minded locals that love the sunshine coast.

"Fantastic beach town with great vibe"
Right on the doorstep of the billion dollar lake kawana developments. Wurtulla property prices are going to booooooooom!

- Capital growth assured

- Will be expensive to buy in the next 5 years.
