"Access to the Biggest Shopping Centre in the area"
Grand Plaza drive is lined with a variety of commercial shops and it is semi-circular in shape, it goes all around Grand Plaza Shopping Centre. Some of the most important establishments along Grand Plaza drive are: Centrelink offices, Logan West Library, Rams Home Loans, Blockbuster Video, Domino's Pizza , Australia Post, and ANZ bank, among a vatiety of others.
"Commercial and Industrial Hub"
Eastern road is lined with commercial and Industrial units. it is very very close to Grand Plaza Shopping Centre and to the newly developed Village Square Shops. With a great number of traders available this road brings a lot of variety to the suburb.
"Winding street that's full of character"
Begonia street backs unto Drewvale, and it is a winding street that is lined with a lot of older style homes, there's a good mixture of block sizes with most being around a quarter acre in size.

"Convenient and Fast Toll road"
Logan Motorway connects the Pacific Highway to Ipswich road. It is in very good conditions and widely used by the public, despite there being 2 different tolls on it, Loganlea rd toll and Stapylton rd toll. The tolls have been recently been automated and you need to have a Govia.com membership to use the tolls. A great road and very handy to go quickly to the Gold Coast, Ipswich or the Airport.
"One of the Biggest roads around"
Mount Lindesay Highway, it leaves Brisbane as "Beaudesert Road", connects Ipswich rd, Mooroka with the New South Wales border. It travels through the suburbs of Moorooka, Coopers Plains, Salisbury, Acacia Ridge, Calamvale, Browns Plains, Regents Park, Boronia Heights, Jimboomba, Beaudesert just to name a few.
All the work that the Government has done on the highway has paid off. As it is now enjoyable to drive on it and there are almost no traffic lights from the Logan Motorway southbound. (the corner of Green road being the exception to the rule). The highway is in constant state of upgrade as it has been ear-marked for an upgrade from Browns Plains to Jimboomba by the state and federal governments.
"Great Connecting Road"
Waller rd is a great suburban road that connects Heritage Park, Regents Park & Browns Plains. There are shops, a petrol service station, 2 schools, a childcare centre, a church and several parks along its length as well as suburban homes. At times it can be a little bit noisy but it isn't anything terrible.
The Waller rd markets that are held fortnightly are colourful and a great meeting point for the community as well as the fairs and circuses that come along 2 or 3 times a year to Waller park.
"Location, location, location"
Within a hundred metres of the shops and transport this is a very well located quiet street. Not much traffic on it and nice neighbours. Great place to live in.

"Busy Thoroughfare"
One of the main roads connecting Browns Plains, Hillcrest, Forestdale, Forest Lake and Camira. It is a long road with fairly heavy traffic it also goes past the Greenbank Military Area. With the construction of the Industrial Estate in the corner of Mt Lindesay Highway there's a bit more traffic of heavy vehicles. A good connecting road that could do with an upgrade of an extra lane each way.
"High up the Hill in Regency Heights"
Located high on the hill in the prestigious "Regency Heights Estate"this is a very good street. With fairly new homes and a good community spirit it's a great place to live.
