Kelmscott

"Close to everywhere, safe and quiet"

Only 30 mins to CBD on a train or by car. All major shopping, schools and excellent hospital nearby all within 10 minutes drive. Clifton Hills Primary School, and Sowilo Community High School have been amazing schools for my kids. I have never experienced any crime here for the 4 years I have lived here.

Another fake review, how many accounts do you have?

It seems to me that you people who only showed up when Kelmscott became the no. 1 rated suburb in Perth with negative comments are one person posting fake reviews trying hard to bring down the score of the suburb. Have a look below, for many years there were no negative reviews for this suburb, then suddenly fake accounts started appearing altogether couple of months ago.
