"Lock the doors"

Affordable entry point for first home buyers - a last resort for anyone else.

I rarely feel safe in this suburb when I'm here for work.

So not only that Kelmscott has lots of trees, parks, convenient public transport, amazing shopping, a few good schools, close proximity to the national parks with plenty of opportunities for exercise, but it also has plenty of jobs. Retail, industrial, government, professional, you name it, Kelmscott does have plenty of jobs and Mr. I even though he is trying to badmouth the place is travelling from the other side of Perth to Kelmscott exactly for work! Take notice people!

Oh yeah, forgot the wonderful views from Kelmscott hills toward the city.

Work in Armadale/Kelmscott area. Robertr32 you have the same suburb reviews as all other positive reviews for this suburb. Are you sure you're not all one person with a vested financial interest in the suburb?

Copying answer from below: As mentioned below, seasoned value investors Australia wide are investing in the similar type of suburbs such as Kelmscott which is why you will see an overlap in their recommendations. Yes, shopping is great in Kelmscott with all the major and minor retailers present such as Spudshed, but also Woolies, Coles, Aldi etc. You can purchase literally anything you need within a 10-15 minutes drive. The train line is very convenient and as you said it takes 30 minutes to the city which is a great commute time. There are plenty of security guards on the Armadale line which is great as well. Lots of parks in Kelmscott and major national parks nearby, BMX tracks, bushwalking, dog walking, playing with kids. Ideal for people with kids and pets and thus younger families would love it in Kelmscott.

Like clockwork another fake review posted by your other account, yesoll. Within minutes of your comment.

You mean like your fake accounts derrynh, franku1 and oscara7?

Kelmscott has been having positive reviews for many years on this site until 2 months ago when you started creating fake profiles and giving bad reviews trying to bring down the score.

Real people living in Kelmscott are simply annoyed by these fake accounts spinning the same negative comments and are reacting promptly.
