In the middle of Newcastle & Sydney. It is perfect for families with its schools & also people looking at retiring. Such a quiet safe suburb.

Dale Ave is in the middle of the streets of Chain Valley Bay South. Such a safe spot & neighbours are all friendly & quiet

Chain Valley Bay is the hidden gem of the Central Coast, its has north & south. Both with boat ramps on the Lake. Very family friendly and lovely people around. One of the safest place i have lived.

Lake Munmorah is such a perfect suburb. Close to the M1 half way between Sydney & Newcastle. Has access to great schools & backs on to the . With a local chemist, cafe, pizza sho & bottle shop it also has the woolworths shopping centre. I have lived in this suburb & it is one of my favorites.
