In 18 months three homes within 400m of me have been found to be marijuana grow houses - 1 went up in flames in the middle of the night, another was raided by bikies on a quiet Sunday morning. My car was broken into in the driveway just a few days ago. Difficult to drive around in morning & afternoon peak due to congestion on arterial roads. No schools, but lots of parks. I don't think it is a safe area especially after dark, I suspect criminals & gangs are coming in from neighboring Tarneit & Werribee targeting the perceived easy target family homes.
Was good a few years ago, but I no longer recommend at all. I sleep with a gun under my pillow now.
