Like many, I found Sandstone Point by chance on a journey to Bribie Island. I now live here. The streets, parks and grassed areas are clean and the area is very friendly. There is one particular beach that looks idyllic. The schools nearby are great, enough shops, near to the motorway but not close enough to hear anything.
From my understanding, the whole area will go through a change in the next 5 years with a new hospital, and bridge and investment will come as a result.

This is a great place to raise a family, or to be close and far enough away from everything.
Ten minutes to the beach
Ten minutes to the Bruce Highway
Five minutes to Nicklin Way
15 minutes to the Sunshine Coast Hospital.
Little Mountain is a peaceful, friendly, family area and set just off all the main roads but close enough that you don’t feel fatigued by the time you get there. Blocks are a good size, and the area is beautiful, kept clean by home owners and the council.
