"Cairnlea - cleverly designed"
Cairnlea has great street appeal and is well designed with seperate presincts which minimises street traffic. It has great access to major road arteries and is nice distance away from the city. Its parks and walkways are very attractive and accessible and is a great place to raise families.

"Coburg - Inner City Quality"
Only 7ks from the city - Coburg enjoys 3 tram lines and 2 train lines plus easy access to the Calder freeway. It aslo boats parks reserves plus the merri creek. Coburg is a large selection of restuarnants cafes and shopping. Its has a great ethnic chic to it - witness Sydeny road on Saturdays. Coburg has a wide variety of living with big block housing to 1 bedroom units. It has performed verry well in terms of capital growth - but still remains good value. Coburg also has excellent amentities with cable broadband and foxtel available.
