Northgate is a great little suburb 9kms to Brisbane CBD. It is a fast growing area with may new developments and new homes being built.

From local knowledge and working in the area, I would defiantly say it is in the middle of a mini building boom, many modern new homes being built, big old Queenslanders being tastefully renovated and a vast number of new homes predicated to be built in the immediate future.

It is also a great safe neighbourhood with many neighbours knowing one another and the majority of older residents living there for over 50years. I know and have many close relationships with the locals, and I must say, I am pleased to have such a rapport. Whilst being a great investment area, the majority of homes are owner occupied.

Being a stones through to Brisbane Airport, Local Schools, Public Transport and Major Artilleries, many young professionals and first home buyers are seizing the opportunity to live in such a vibrant location.

I am a local, will stay local and I am lucky enough to also work local, in Northgate.
