Meadow Heights

"Upcoming Suburb, Goldmine, 15 minutes to CBD"

Lived here for 12 years and has been quietly developing continually the whole time. Biggest bonuses are the large land blocks, free-standing homes, parks, walking and bike tracks, views from many parts of the area, especially Rokewood Crescent which looks straight over into a reserve valley providing massive living privacy and 180 degree unimpeded scenery and is considered one of the best, prettiest streets in the suburb because of views and blocks. It's accesses to everything in North, North West are multiple, including to the Western Ring Road, freeways. Quick to airport, 15-20 minutes to CBD. Lots of families, singles, culturally rich, has always been friendly and very well serviced for shopping needs in adjacent areas. Close to 3 very nearby shopping hubs, 2 large wide variety, 1 smaller (it's own). Friendly and quiet neighbourhoods. Still very affordable and quietly growing in demand.
