I lived in Zillmere - Glasgow Street - for eight months and feared for my safety from the first week of signing my rental agreement when an intruder in my backyard tried to break in through the back door while my wife was home. Was woken numerous times by police searching units next door, we had kids roaming up and down the driveway at night looking in car windows and trying locks, there was an armed hold up of a nearby restaurant in the time I lived there, and I just never felt at ease. Since moving to another part of Brisbane I have not had a single problem.
