A family friendly and easy going suburb. Lots of good shops, cafes/restaurants, schools, transportation, walks and several beautiful beaches/parks. Busy on weekends and quiet during the week. Never been happier ...

It's a short little (2 blocks in total) quiet street with no through traffic or noise. You can easily get a park through the week. So close to beach and shops. I rarely use my car. You can just walk everywhere....I love living here. Quiet and convenient.
