Macquarie Park is an excellent suburb which has metro train, uni, macquarie shopping centers and business center. The suburb is also great for families as there are lots of big local parks such as Tuckwell and Fontenoy Park. There are also lots of big development going on in this suburb so when everything is completed you would expect that it becomes a CBD on it's own.

Marsfield is a great suburb and has a lot to offer. Location is excellent where it is closed to Macquarie University, Shopping Center and Macquarie business park. It has good public schools (Kents Rd Public and Epping Boys) and is closed to Macquaire Uni Metro station. In addition it is not as busy as nearby suburbs such as Eastwood so you can enjoy a quite while convenient life living in the suburb.
