I have lived here since the start of this estate and we were the first ones built the first residential home. It has grown to 181 nice looking houses and I am in the best streets I reckon in the whole estate. People think that buying in this estate u can hear the traffic on the deviation but thats all wrong you can hardly here it. My street Fieldstone Close is fantastic for kids as Berefords Circuit in the main street in and out and atleast I know that my kids are playing out the front there is no traffic in my street. We are a very caring street here everyone looks out for each other and if ever a problem anyone is willing to help. I have been here nearly 11 yrs and loved every second of it. So if your looking for a nice style home and want peace and harmony will this estate is the one you will like

Hey Hawaii99 I would love to help you but Melthorn st i cant find in the directory. The schools here the best one is Norris Road State School or there is a few privates. Bracken Ridge State is where my kids did attend until 2008 and I wouldnt recommend that school to anyone. Email me back if u like

Thank you so much for the info on the schools in Bracken Ridge it is so comforting to know whats good and whats not so good. Maybe the street address i gave you could be a new area new houses being built? Im not too sure myself but that is fine if you don't know thank you for trying. Could you tell me is Bracken Ridge over all a good place to live in? Do you know of areas not to live in or around? Hope you don't mind all the questions im asking.
