Excellent area to live in, great resale value, all blocks in area are 1000m2 minimum.
Bus travels down the street linking up with Werribee station, so public transport is excellent.
Watton and Synnott streets, Werribee football club and RSL bowls club are less than 1 Klm away with excellent cafes ,restaurants, pubs and shopping all in walking distance. Supermarkets there are Coles/Aldi and Safeway.
If you are a horse racing fan, this is a fantastic spot as Werribee racecourse is just across the tracks, you can stagger home after the cup :)
It can be noisy when the trains run behind Lyall drive at times, but these aren't CBD trains so aren't that regular.
Best place in Werribee for freeway access, only just down the road you have access to go to either Melbourne or Geelong (Avalon Airport) with the Caltex service station there for vehicle refueling etc.
Most properties in street are under covenants so the street is very neat and tidy.

Internet access: Ok you have the choice of either Optus or Bigpond cable (yes both !) or ADSL. ADSL2+ isnt currently available on the Werribee exchange yet but keep an eye on http://bc.whirlpool.net.au/ for updates. moblie coverage here is fine as well.
