"Great return on investment! Quiet area."

I purchased an investment townhouse in December of last year in Eagleby, 5 years old 3bdrm x 2bathrooms with visitors bathroom downstairs. that is positively geared. With a dream tenant that really looks after the property. Excellent value for money ~bought at 220k. I live in NSW and have lived in the North Shore, and now Hills district. What impressed me when viewing the property in the area was the quietness, 93mts away from Police station, primary school directly across the road, closeness to Hyperdome ~10mins or 8.3kms, construction that was happening nearby with the new petrol station (7 eleven with it's retail outlets). And there were other civil roadworks in progress. The distance to Brisbane city via car 31mins or 35kms), distance to Gold Coast 38mins or 47kms. The freeways are very wide heading south, and not bad also from Brisbane. The area where I bought is also very quiet. My friend also has been living in the area for a number of years and has had no issues with neighbours or other. There is also a new connecter to compliment the M1 in planning ~
Which will give further ease of traffic to Brisbane. For further investment stats ~ Also new development has been approved for local Beenleigh Village ~
