Lovely neighbours, good park, cul-de-sac, so no through traffic

Not great for
- Too close to the roundabout (Binstead Way) major road, with major traffic and lots of noise
- M1 Highway noise
- Hilly, hard to park in your drive

Hillsborough Place
"Great street, quiet and friendly"
A new street in the Park Edge Estate of Springfield Lakes. It is a quiet, cul-de-sac, which has no through traffic. Very important! On a slope, there is no flooding problems either. fairly close to the bush, which is lovely.
Very nice neighbours and most friendly occupants. everyone takes pride in their house and garden., No hoons here and none welcome!
5 minutes from Orion Shopping Centre and the new railway station (2013). Close enough to the hub of Springfield Lakes, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Park Edge park is within 5 minutes walking distance.
Highly recommend this nice street.
